It's worth the effort though, to have so many options when it's time to play games

The deck was fantastic and didn't lose a match, even beating a turn-four, hard-cast Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre when I followed up with The Abyss on my turn four

Like you weren't expecting this deck to really be viable, or these cards to be used for such a long time. Nagashima specifically referenced Shintaro Ito's Mega Audino-EX deck that won the 2016 Pokemon World Championships, and a deck that prominently featured a Talonflame
